Customer Profile
The Customer Profile tab on the customer detail page has some basic information about the customer.
Remember, a customer can be either an individual or a business.
For individuals, the information may include:
- A selfie
- Full name and date of birth
- Date and time created
- Last seen date and time
- Country of residence
- Nationality
- Physical address information
- Wallet address information
- IP address information
- Phone information
For businesses, the information may include:
- Articles of association
- Details of UBOs and shareholders
- Last seen date and time
- Country of registration
- Physical address information
- Wallet address information
- IP address information
- Phone information
The information collected for each customer depends on the information requested during the KYC or KYB process.
This tab allows you to see a quick summary of the customer's key information.
You can add, edit, and delete the information on the page using the add and actions buttons.
Wallet screening
ComPilot can screen wallets for risk. This information is displayed in the Wallets section of the customer detail page.
- If a provider was connected when the customer went through the KYC process, a risk score will be displayed. Different providers use different risk scores.
- Scorechain data is used for scoring by both the ComPilot KYT provider and the Scorechain provider.
- If the wallet is new, the word 'NEW' will be displayed in place of the score.
- If no provider was connected, the error icon, will be displayed.
The source of the data is displayed at the top right of the Wallets section.
If a provider is connected, you can click the three dots next to the score and select Refresh to refresh the score.
Other screenings
Depending on the providers you have connected, other screening information may be displayed. In the following example, the data is provided by IPQualityScore.
