KYB Data

The KYB Data tab on the customer detail page has detailed KYB information. It includes details of the company structure and copies of all the documents used in the KYB process.

This tab allows you to inspect the KYB data manually to perform your own assessments, and compare them to the automatic results. It also allows you to add additional KYB documentation if the customer provides it to you. For example, if the proof of address uploaded during the KYB process was insufficient, you could ask the customer to send you additional proof of address through your usual customer support channels, and then add it to the ComPilot Dashboard on this tab.

The header section contains summary information about the customer's KYB journey, including the date and time of the KYB session, a drop-down menu that allows you to select a different KYB session, the flow that they are following, and their status.
