KYC Data
The KYC Data tab on the customer detail page has detailed KYC information, including copies of identity documents, selfies, proofs of residence, and risks labels.
This tab allows you to inspect the KYC data manually to perform your own assessments, and compare them to the automatic results. It also allows you to add additional KYC documentation if the customer provides it to you. For example, if the proof of address uploaded during the KYC process was insufficient, you could ask the customer to send you additional proof of address through your usual customer support channels, and then add it to the ComPilot Dashboard on this tab.
The header section contains summary information about the customer's KYC journey, including the date and time of the KYC session, a drop-down menu that allows you to select a different KYC session, the flow that they are following, and their status.
Identity document
The Identity document section has information about the identity documents used in the KYC process.
For example, if the customer used a passport, the Passport pane will have a summary of the information extracted from the passport, and a copy of the passport image itself.
In the Face match pane, the customer's selfie is displayed alongside the photo from their identity document.
Additional documents can be added by clicking the Add another document button, and they can be sent to verification by clicking the Send to verification button.
Selfie
The Selfie section shows copies of the various selfies taken by the customer during the KYC process.
Proof of Residence
The Proof of Residence has information about the proof of residence documents used in the KYC process. It includes summaries of the documents used and copies of them.
Additional documents can be added by clicking the Add another document button, and they can be sent to verification by clicking the Send to verification button.
Risks labels
The Risks labels has a brief summary of the risks detected during the KYC process.
