Verification results

The verification results for the business are based on the verification results of the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and shareholders.

  • KYC (and KYB where relevant) verification is performed on the UBOs and shareholders.
  • The highest risk of any of them is applied to the company as a whole.

For example:

  • If all of the UBOs and shareholders pass verification, the company passes verification.
  • If even one of them has a status of To be reviewed, Failed, or Rejected, then the company is given that status.
  • If one of them has a status of To be reviewed and another has a status of Rejected, then the company is given a status of Rejected.

See KYC verification results for more detail about KYC results for individuals. See Customer statuses for more information about customer statuses.
