Verification results
The verification results for the business are based on the verification results of the ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and shareholders.
- KYC (and KYB where relevant) verification is performed on the UBOs and shareholders.
- The highest risk of any of them is applied to the company as a whole.
For example:
- If all of the UBOs and shareholders pass verification, the company passes verification.
- If even one of them has a status of
To be reviewed
,Failed
, orRejected
, then the company is given that status. - If one of them has a status of
To be reviewed
and another has a status ofRejected
, then the company is given a status ofRejected
.
